This is a lovely example of a Leica 50mm F2.8 Elmar M Dual Focus Scale (metres & feet). Code No 11112 s/n 1935982 from circa 1962 with Leica cap & in original Leica keeper + original Leica box (not matched serial number).
Cosmetically the lens is in stunning virtually mint condition.
The iris is clean & free from oil.
The focus is not tight
The glass is clean & bright (if you shine a bright light through it you with some dust consistent with age!)
Overall it is a superb example of a Leica 50mm lens that's 64 years old
